Meet Ava

My name is Ava Romano, a student-athlete and a rising senior year at Middletown High School South in Middletown, NJ. I love running, specifically on my high school cross country and track teams. 

Like many athletes, I had to overcome obstacles this past year, one was being diagnosed with Lyme Disease. This past year I have had to learn to forgive myself for those “poor” performances, learn to train through the difficulty, and not let this take away from the things I love.
